氧化鎂濕法脫硫工藝的特點有哪些?

工藝特點(1)反應性好,脫硫效率高濕法脫硫的反應強度取決于脫硫劑堿金屬離子的溶解堿性。由于鎂離子的溶解堿性比鈣離子高數(shù)百倍,因而鎂基脫硫劑具有比鈣基脫硫劑高數(shù)十倍的脫硫反應能力。工業(yè)實踐證明,鎂基脫硫劑能比鈣基脫硫劑更高的脫硫效率,可達99%以上,同時采用鎂基脫硫所要求的噴淋水量僅相當于達到同樣脫硫效率的鈣基脫硫的1/3,耗電量也大為降低。
